Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking a highly experienced and motivated attorney with a strong background in Healthcare Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law, or Real Estate Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, managing investigations and litigation, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and representing the organization in various legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor’s degree and active member of the Florida Bar
- Preferred: Master of Laws (LLM) degree with specialization or significant coursework in Healthcare Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law, or Real Estate Law
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Stark Law
