Howard, Williams & Rahaim is seeking a Mid to Senior level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to expand its in-house Legal Department. This full-time position provides transactional and operational legal support across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, entity management, and real estate operations. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with legal counsel, development, leasing, asset management, and finance teams in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Eligibility:

• Ideally 6 to 15 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
• Experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Pay Range: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year (Base pay)
