The attorney will serve as junior in-house commercial counsel, responsible for analyzing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of client- and vendor-facing commercial contracts, including NDAs and service agreements. Eligibility: Candidates must possess a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on commercial contract negotiation experience (independently). Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with CLM platforms like DocuSign or Ironclad is required.
