This is a long-term temporary engagement expected to last for approximately eight months, primarily focusing on managing the overflow of customer-facing commercial agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, amending, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including renewals, business terms, and payable terms. The role involves providing leadership support to both legal and commercial contract management teams, ensuring all agreements align with company standards while driving negotiations with opposing counsel to completion. Eligibility: * 8-10+ years of commercial contracts experience, specifically in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing agreements. * Extensive experience with contract management systems (CLM) and the full contract lifecycle within an in-house environment. * Proven ability to own projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. * Familiarity with commercial contracting in the warehousing and transportation industries is considered ideal.
