The firm is a specialized legal practice providing services in Taxation (including Customs, GST, and Service Tax), Foreign Trade Policy, SEZ and EOUs, FEMA, Company Law, and Banking Laws. The firm frequently represents clients before the CESTAT and other quasi-judicial authorities. The internship is designed to provide students with first-hand exposure to courtroom practices and legal proceedings. Participants will work under expert supervision on live casework related to Customs and GST. Key highlights of the program include the opportunity to draft appeals, replies, and legal submissions, concluding with the issuance of an internship certificate upon successful completion.
