The program is designed to provide students with professional and practical experience while supporting the Bank’s Ten-Year Strategy (2023–2032), which focuses on sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction across Africa. The internship offers exposure to various operational priorities, including legal and corporate governance, finance, and sustainability. Participants will engage in transformative projects that contribute to the Bank's mission of unlocking capital and building climate-resilient infrastructure. While the program serves as a talent management framework, it is a learning experience and does not guarantee immediate employment. Eligibility: * Must be 30 years old or younger at the start of the internship. * Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programme or have graduated within the past year. * Must be a national of a member country of the Bank (Note: Indian nationals are eligible to apply). * Must be fluent in at least one of the Bank’s working languages: English or French. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
