As a Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's operations in China, ensuring compliance, and managing business risks from a legal perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and managing business risks from a legal perspective through sound commercial, legal, and ethical risk assessment.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex supply, service, and/or purchase contracts and bids on a global level.
- Providing support in various compliance areas, such as fair competition and export control and sanctions.
- Cooperating closely with regional in-house legal counsels and central support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, with legal professional qualification certificate.
- Minimum 7-8 years relevant legal experience; experience in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Proficient in laws and regulations related to export control and international sanctions.
- Fluent oral English with excellent legal English reading and writing skills.
