As a Legal Counsel at BCG, you will be a trusted advisor for BCG's Central European operations with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working independently on a wide variety of complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiating, and execution of a broad range of commercial agreements
• Take ownership of the legal support for BCG's growing portfolio of technology-enabled and AI-driven client engagements
• Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial as well as AI and digital technology-related legal matters
• Drive commercially sound contracting by applying BCG's risk management framework

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a German qualified lawyer / "Volljurist" (First and Second Staatsexamen) with 5+ years of commercial contracting experience. You should also have native-level or business-fluent (written and spoken) German and English skills.
