Opportunity

Legal Manager (H/F) at Eurécia in Toulouse

Eurécia is seeking a Legal Manager (H/F) to join their team in Toulouse, France. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days per week. The salary range is between 50K and 60K gross per year, with an expected start date of ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, negotiating, and securing IT and technology contracts: SaaS contracts, license contracts, partnership contracts, DPA, NDA, service contracts, white-label contracts, etc.
  • Supporting topics related to cybersecurity, SLA, PCA/PRA, RTO/RPO, hosting, intellectual property, etc.
  • Participating in the analysis and management of legal risks related to new technologies and AI.
  • Revising, consolidating, and evolving the existing contract templates database.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, IA Act, Data Act, consumer rights, and digital regulations.
  • Serving as the internal reference for data protection: operational compliance management, alert triggering, coordination with the external DPO, and promoting a culture of data protection.
  • Supporting Product, Tech, and Marketing teams on mobile applications, websites, cookies, data processing, and digital user journeys.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance of suppliers and partners.
  • Piloting the drafting and evolution of CGV, CGU, NDA, DPA, partner contracts, framework agreements.
  • Providing legal support to commercial teams in client negotiations.
  • Maintaining and enriching the contract templates and negotiation standards database.
  • Following up on pre-litigation and litigation with lawyers and internal teams.
  • Participating in the evaluation of legal risks and the implementation of internal procedures.
  • Ensuring the follow-up of disputes and participating in provision calculations with the Finance team.
  • Following KPIs.
  • Participating in the current legal follow-up of the group's companies with the support of external legal counsel.
  • Intervening on corporate, real estate, intellectual property, competition law, insurance, etc.
  • Ensuring active legal monitoring of regulatory changes in the digital and SaaS sectors.

Recruitment Process
