Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Fund Corporate Officer, you will leverage your legal expertise to coordinate day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities, including funds, trusts, and companies. Key duties include:

• Legal & Administrative Formalities: Handling queries and processes related to account openings, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, filings, and drafting notarial and private deeds.
• Corporate Governance: Leading board and shareholders' meetings, as well as drafting and reviewing minutes, agreements, and related corporate documentation.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, banking institutions, and external advisors.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations by preparing and maintaining robust client files to mitigate potential risks.

Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Law, Corporate Law, or a related field).
• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law, with at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Corporate Officer in a similar financial services or legal environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (including financial vehicles such as SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, and RAIF) is highly advantageous. Experience in handling company incorporations, liquidations, and annual reporting law is required.
• Software & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with corporate software like SAP.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional language is considered a strong asset.
