S-KON Gruppe is seeking an engaged Legal Counsel / In-House Counsel / Corporate Lawyer (m/w/d) in full-time with the possibility of hybrid work. This role involves advising management and departments on general business and contract law, drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring contract terms, maintaining contract administration, supporting data protection law issues, coordinating with external legal counsel, identifying legal risks, and contributing to internal guidelines and compliance standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Advising management and departments on general business and contract law
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and optimizing contracts
- Monitoring contract terms, notice periods, and obligations
- Maintaining and managing contract administration
- Supporting with data protection law issues
- Coordinating with external legal counsel and legal proceedings
- Identifying legal risks and developing solutions
- Contributing to internal guidelines and compliance standards
- Requirements:
- Completed law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Several years of experience as in-house counsel or in corporate law-oriented law firm
- Strong knowledge in contract law and data protection law
- Experience working with external legal counsel and attorneys
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in digital document management and contract administration systems
- Good English language skills
