The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and commercial contract negotiations, with at least 2 years of experience in a top UK or Irish law firm and/or fast-paced, in-house legal department. You will be responsible for drafting, revising, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on privacy matters, and providing support on European legislative developments.

• Draft, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements, including software license agreements and partner agreements
• Advise on privacy matters and negotiate data processing addenda and security statements
• Assist with ad-hoc queries from sales teams globally and help optimize the commercial function
• Provide support on European legislative developments, such as the EU AI Act and GDPR
