The firm provides comprehensive legal solutions regarding taxation and economic offences, representing clients before various judicial bodies, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and Commissioners. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality legal support in complex fiscal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive legal research, preparing case analyses, and drafting formal responses to queries related to indirect taxation. The role also involves assisting in adjudication processes and representing clients before departmental authorities and judicial forums. This position offers an opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced professionals in the fields of tax and economic laws. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer with 0-2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). * Strong knowledge and practical skills in Indirect Taxation laws. * Proficiency in legal research and analytical skills for drafting case briefs and legal documents. * Effective communication and representation skills for court appearances and client interactions. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively. * Prior experience in taxation or related legal fields is preferred but not mandatory.
