Description: SITS Group is seeking a Junior Employment Lawyer to join their Group Legal & Compliance Team. In this newly created role, you will help build a modern, group-wide legal function with a focus on German employment law, works council cooperation, and drafting works agreements. You will also assist in corporate and contract law matters in an international context.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on individual and collective German employment law.
• Prepare, support, and document cooperation with the works council, including drafting works agreements.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment documents, guidelines, and internal legal opinions.
• Support corporate and contract law matters.
