Forte Legal is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their team in London Area, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in private practice and/or in-house, and will have a strong background in litigation, disputes, or investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading contentious matters, disputes, and investigations from strategy through to resolution.
• Managing external counsel and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and commercially.
• Supporting responses to regulatory enquiries and interacting with relevant authorities.
• Advising on risk, complaints, and incident management in a regulated environment.
• Providing practical legal support across wider areas including employment and data privacy where required.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales or equivalent) with experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
• Experience in the NQ-3PQE range.
• Strong litigation, disputes, or investigations experience.
• Exposure to regulated sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, technology, or financial services.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
