- Managing a high volume of end-to-end UK real estate transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating property documents and conducting due diligence.
- Handling Land Registry submissions, requisitions, and post-completion processes.
- Supporting internal estates and development teams with legal input.
- Advising on day-to-day property issues, including operational and dispute matters.
