Sellick Partnership is supporting a market-leading infrastructure business in recruiting a permanent Junior Legal Counsel to join its UK legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior real estate solicitor looking to make their first move in-house, joining a high-performing, close-knit team with strong visibility across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of end-to-end UK real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating property documents and conducting due diligence.
• Handling Land Registry submissions, requisitions, and post-completion processes.
• Supporting internal estates and development teams with legal input.
• Advising on day-to-day property issues, including operational and dispute matters.
