Description: The Swiss Federal Administration is recruiting a Legal Professional for the office of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising data protection compliance in sectors such as finance and e-commerce, leading supervisory proceedings, participating in federal legislative processes, and advising both private actors and federal bodies on data protection and transparency regulations.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Law. Professional experience in data protection, experience with supervisory authorities, or a Swiss bar admission (Anwaltspatent) is highly preferred. Candidates must have a secure writing style and be proficient in French (very good), German, and English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
