Description: LegalTrustAI is seeking a Labor Relations Counsel to support the development of advanced legal reasoning models. The successful candidate will contribute employment and labor law expertise across workplace investigations, disputes, and compliance matters. Core responsibilities include designing realistic workplace scenarios (e.g., EEOC responses, wage and hour analysis, harassment investigations, policy drafting), producing high-quality reference responses, evaluating model outputs, and delivering detailed written feedback.
Eligibility:

• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution.
• Strong experience in employment and labor law within a law firm, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor organization.
• Expertise in areas such as wage and hour analysis, workplace investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB matters, or collective bargaining.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Remuneration: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour (Contract, 20+ hours/week)
