Role & Responsibilities
As a Contract Lawyer for AI Legal Content Evaluation, your primary mandate will be to ensure the integrity of legal AI models. Key responsibilities include:
- Review and Refine: Assess AI-generated legal outputs to improve their overall accuracy, clarity, and professional tone.
- Evaluate Reasoning: Analyze complex legal reasoning across a diverse range of practice areas.
- Verify Claims: Cross-reference and validate AI claims against primary authorities, including statutes, regulations, case law, and official administrative guidance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with AI researchers and technical teams to assess, benchmark, and systematically improve model performance.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following professional requirements:
- Education: Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited US law school.
- Licensure: Must possess an active US bar license and be in good standing with their respective state bar.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of active legal practice, with direct client- or matter-facing advisory experience.
- Skills: Strong legal research capabilities with a demonstrated ability to locate and cite primary authorities. Candidates must be clear, plain-language writers who are comfortable conducting research outside their primary area of specialization.
- Preferred: Generalist or multi-practice exposure is highly advantageous.

- Pay Range: $100.00 to $200.00 per hour (based on skills and experience).
