Description: SpecterOps is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Lead Commercial Counsel to own all commercial contracting. The selected candidate will act as the primary legal partner for Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement teams, and will guide and mentor members of the contracts/legal staff. Key responsibilities include leading negotiations, drafting customer MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and vendor SaaS/service agreements, and improving the existing contracts playbook.
Key Benefits:
