The portfolio spans diverse sectors, including clean energy, medical devices, and musical instrument accessories. The role involves providing end-to-end legal leadership and serving as a strategic partner to senior business leaders to deliver integrated guidance on commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping business strategies, navigating complex risk landscapes, and enabling growth in highly technical markets. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert into a direct-hire role.
