The successful candidate will support employment law for the North America region, working closely with Human Resources and business partners to provide day-to-day counseling, supervise investigations, evaluate legal risks, and provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of labor and employment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Human Resources and business partners to provide day-to-day counseling and support on employment law matters
• Supervise investigations and evaluate legal risks related to employment issues
• Develop, update, and implement employment policies and programs to ensure best practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to provide subject matter expertise on labor and employment issues
