(NYSE: ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of Legal Administrator or Counsel - Vendor Agreements. This mid-senior level, full-time role is designed for an experienced contract administrator or attorney who will take charge of managing, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mitigating organizational risk, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and aligning agreements with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements. Core duties include:

  • Contract Review and Administration: Reviewing, drafting, and editing vendor contracts submitted by internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Standardization: Maintaining and updating standard form agreements, templates, and negotiation playbooks to ensure consistency across all vendor engagements.
  • Negotiation: Supporting and actively participating in negotiations with vendors to secure commercially reasonable and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal business units to understand their needs, providing timely contract support, and maintaining clear communication protocols.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Tracking contract workflows, cycle times, and other key metrics to drive continuous process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A formal legal background (such as a J.D.) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in contract administration or contract law, with a strong preference for candidates specializing in vendor contracts.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are considered highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of contract law, exceptional precision in drafting, robust negotiation capabilities, and the ability to issue-spot and assess risks. Familiarity with AI-driven legal tools and contract management software is also required.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
