The role primarily focuses on providing clear and practical legal guidance to policyholders via telephone and making informed funding decisions as cases progress. Key responsibilities include negotiating legal costs with solicitors, instructing counsel, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining accurate financial reserves for each claim. The position is offered on a remote basis within the United Kingdom. Eligibility: * A solid legal education, ideally holding an LLB or qualification as a Legal Executive. * Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex legal issues. * Experience dealing directly with customers in a professional environment. * Strong communication skills to explain legal matters in an accessible manner. * Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word). * Previous experience within a legal or insurance environment is considered desirable.
