Description: Net2Source Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Legal Affairs General Counsel to lead its legal department in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization’s interests by providing strategic legal counsel to executive leadership, overseeing corporate governance, and ensuring strict adherence to UAE laws and regulatory frameworks. The role involves a comprehensive range of duties, including drafting and reviewing complex contracts, managing legal disputes in coordination with external counsel, and conducting institutional risk assessments. Additionally, the General Counsel will spearhead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks while promoting a culture of legal awareness and ethical standards across all departments. Eligibility: * Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or an equivalent professional degree. * Minimum of 15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Counsel role. * Professional legal qualification in the UAE is preferred. * Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, contract management, and litigation oversight. * Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English. * Prior experience within government entities or large-scale public sector organizations is highly desirable.
