DataAnnotation is seeking qualified Legal Analysts to work as AI Trainers. In this highly specialized remote role, you will contribute directly to the development and refinement of cutting-edge artificial intelligence models. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, test, and improve the legal reasoning capabilities of AI chatbots, ensuring their outputs are accurate, logical, and legally sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Scenario Generation: Present AI chatbots with diverse, complex, and highly nuanced legal problems across various practice areas.
- Quality Evaluation: Critically assess the quality, correctness, and overall performance of the legal analysis produced by the AI models.
- Problem Solving: Identify logical fallacies, factual errors, or weak reasoning in AI outputs and provide structured feedback to train the models effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following stringent requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is strictly required.
- Professional Experience: Candidates should currently serve as a General Counsel or possess equivalent high-level legal expertise and experience.
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in English is mandatory.
- Geographic Restriction: Only applicants residing in the United States will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at $50.00 to $60.00 USD per hour, with bonus rates available on select projects.
