The role focuses on managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, service partnerships, and NDAs. The Associate will also be responsible for responding to legal notices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a contract repository. Key objectives include identifying potential legal risks and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business transactions. Eligibility: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M) from a recognized institution. * 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in contract management or legal roles. * Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and litigation processes. * Exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and data privacy. * Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
