Key Responsibilities

The selected associate will engage in a diverse and sophisticated portfolio of corporate and regulatory work. Primary responsibilities include:

• Advising on asset management and the structuring of investment funds.
• Assisting clients with capital markets transactions and compliance under securities regulations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts.
• Supporting domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents.

Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Must be a Singapore-qualified lawyer.
• Experience: Possess 1 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Practice Exposure: Prior experience in corporate legal work is required. While direct exposure to investment funds, capital markets, or financial regulation is preferred, it is not an absolute prerequisite.
