This is a full-time, independent contractor role designed for a proactive, execution-focused professional. The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates who can align their working hours with the US Eastern Time zone to support senior partners across various practice areas, including corporate and executive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Support & Planning: Work directly with senior partners and the Head of BD to develop, maintain, and execute business development plans, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Credentials & Pitch Management: Manage and update the firm's deal credentials, capability statements, and experience databases to ensure materials are pitch-ready.
  • CRM Ownership: Maintain the firm's CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of BD activities, contacts, and pipeline pipelines, while championing CRM hygiene internally.
  • Market Intelligence: Identify, research, and map target clients, referral sources, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Event & Proposal Coordination: Support BD-related events, sponsorships, conferences, and prepare high-quality RFP responses and pitch presentations.
