- Commercial Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, acting as the lead negotiator.
- Supplier & Procurement Support: Advise on terms, conduct risk assessments, and secure approvals for supplier agreements.
- Compliance: Assist the General Counsel in ensuring operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Programme Development: Support compliance programmes and training initiatives across the business.
- Litigation Support: Assist in managing disputes, litigation, or other legal proceedings.
