The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house Legal and Compliance team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio including contract and data protection matters, supporting broader in-house activities and cross-institutional projects. This role offers the opportunity to deliver strategic legal advice and build trusted relationships across the institution, free from traditional billing targets and business development demands. Eligibility:

• Experienced lawyer with a proven track record of delivering timely, accurate, and practical legal advice.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the unique challenges faced by an in-house legal function within a large and complex Higher Education institution.
