- Vendor Contracts: Serve as the primary legal point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes and legal inquiries, and coordinate with external counsel on complex litigation.
- HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
- Corporate Governance: Support basic corporate governance matters across global entities, including drafting resolutions and coordinating filings.
