This role is specifically designed for a lawyer with expertise in technology and IT contracts who is looking to transition into or further their career within a high-performing financial services environment. The successful candidate will take primary ownership of the firm’s technology, data, and AI-related legal work. Responsibilities include leading on IT, SaaS, and licensing agreements, advising on technology procurement, and supporting data protection and information governance matters. This position offers significant scope to define the legal framework for the firm’s evolving technology initiatives while providing exposure to the broader legal operations of an investment platform. Eligibility: * 3–5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). * Strong technical grounding in IT or technology commercial contracts. * Experience gained in either private practice or an in-house legal department. * Confidence working independently and engaging directly with senior stakeholders. * Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
