Eligibility: J.D. and active bar membership (or retired in good standing) with 8+ years of legal experience, specifically with meaningful depth in contract law. Prior in-house or agency/services industry experience and experience with data protection/privacy matters (e.g., GDPR) are strongly preferred.Description: Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house legal resource. The selected candidate will manage client and vendor contracts, support compliance, data privacy, HR legal advisory, and corporate governance matters across a globally distributed organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate client services agreements and vendor contracts.
• Handle low-level disputes, legal inquiries, and manage correspondence (demand letters, cease and desist notices).
• Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
• Support basic corporate governance across global entities.
• Maintain accurate records for active and completed contracts.

Remuneration: Target base salary of $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus (depending on location and experience), along with comprehensive benefits including 100% remote work, open PTO, 401K matching, and wellness allowances.Fees: None
