Title: Legal Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: Bosch USA Description: Bosch USA is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join its legal team supporting the Bosch Home Comfort division in North America. This role serves as a key advisor on a broad spectrum of legal issues, with a primary focus on managing litigation and disputes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing litigation strategies, managing outside counsel, and overseeing budgeting and case management for commercial disputes and product liability claims. Beyond litigation, the Legal Counsel will provide strategic advice on various commercial and corporate matters, including contract negotiation, marketing compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance, assisting in the development of corporate policies, and delivering legal training to internal clients. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Admission to practice law in Texas. * 7+ years of litigation experience, including significant time at a reputable law firm. * Demonstrated experience with product liability and commercial litigation is required. * In-house experience is strongly preferred, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, technology, or related industries. * Must be an indefinite U.S. work-authorized individual (future sponsorship is unavailable).
