Description: Brookwood Recruitment is assisting a leading financial institution in Dubai to recruit a Legal Counsel for its Legal Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and transactional support across Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, and Treasury functions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex finance, security, and treasury documentation (including ISDA, LMA, and ICMA standards), managing external counsel, and contributing to legal innovation and contract automation.
Eligibility: This position is open exclusively to United Arab Emirates Nationals. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and/or an LLM, be qualified to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction, and possess a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance law, preferably with UAE-related experience.
