Key Responsibilities:
- Client Contracts: Own the end-to-end client contract process, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services agreements.
- Vendor Contracts: Review supplier agreements, verify compliance with regulations, and ensure vendors meet data privacy and security standards.
- Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes, provide legal guidance to internal teams, and coordinate with external counsel on complex issues.
- HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
- Corporate Governance: Support basic corporate governance matters across global entities, including drafting resolutions and coordinating filings.
