The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing generalist legal support across UK operations. Primary responsibilities include leading the review and negotiation of commercial contracts such as MSAs and supply agreements, as well as managing public sector contracting and customer bids. The role involves advising on regulatory compliance, data protection, and contractual risks to ensure alignment with internal governance and policies. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will support the business with litigation oversight, corporate secretarial matters, and M&A activities, including legal due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
