Description: Mott MacDonald is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join its Group Legal Department. The role primarily focuses on advising the Europe and UK (EUNA) infrastructure consultancy business on a wide range of transactional construction matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction documentation including consultancy agreements, framework agreements, and parent company guarantees.
- Advise the business on applicable laws, regulations, litigation, and insurance matters.
- Support other legal functions such as Ethics and Compliance, and Privacy and Data Protection.
- Hybrid/agile working policy.
- Pension matching between 4.5% and 7%.
