Description: PVH - PVHardware is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Counsel to manage compliance with U.S. laws, support commercial operations through contract management, advise leadership on risk mitigation, and coordinate with external counsel. The role requires extensive experience in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and energy or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, EPC, service agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Provide legal counsel to executive leadership regarding U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. regulations applicable to the solar and manufacturing sectors, focusing on Domestic Content and Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, and manage disputes, claims, and potential litigation.

Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States (Texas Bar membership preferred).
• 8+ years of legal experience (with a minimum of 6 years in a relevant specialized capacity).
• Proven experience in the energy, renewables, engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries.
