Opportunity
Job Title: Legal Counsel at SPAN
SPAN is seeking a passionate and experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic and tactical legal counseling on a broad range of issues impacting our sales, engineering, manufacturing and supply, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counseling on commercial agreements
- Review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with teams throughout the organization
- Work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplace
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and member of the California Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney (3+ years in U.S. law firm)
- Significant experience reviewing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of commercial agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to achieve results and work independently
