The primary focus of this position is corporate and commercial work, which accounts for approximately 50% of the responsibilities. In addition to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, the successful candidate will be involved in corporate governance, employment law, property matters, procurement processes, and litigation. The role is central to supporting strategic projects and ensuring the business remains compliant with regulatory obligations applicable to a listed consumer financial services entity.
