- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including professional services, subconsultant, confidentiality, and software agreements.
- Advise on technology transactions, software licensing, AI/machine learning tools, data use, and intellectual property issues.
- Provide legal guidance on compliance issues and interpret contract provisions to support adherence to applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research on issues related to commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property, and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with artificial intelligence tools, platforms, or governance frameworks.
- Experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or professional services sectors.
