Additionally, the role provides general commercial and corporate legal support, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR and business leaders on employment matters such as performance management, discipline, terminations, accommodations, and workplace investigations.
- Develop, review, and enhance HR policies, handbooks, and training materials.
- Manage interactions with administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC) and lead litigation/pre-litigation strategy for employment-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and support M&A execution.
