The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges across the UK and US. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (manufacturing, supply, IP licenses), advising on data protection, and supporting corporate transactions. The role involves collaborating with Regulatory, Compliance, and Commercial teams to bring life-changing pharmaceutical treatments to market.
Eligibility: Candidates should be a qualified solicitor (UK) or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private practice or in-house. Newly Qualified (NQ) lawyers with significant pre-qualification experience as a paralegal or contract analyst are also eligible. Experience in the Life Sciences sector and familiarity with US healthcare systems are preferred.
