- Draft and negotiate supplier contracts, general conditions, tender procedures, NDAs, and financing agreements.
- Lead negotiations with international clients and structure partnership, agency, and real estate contracts.
- Provide specialized legal advice on Data Protection, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property.
- Manage corporate governance activities, including drafting board and shareholder meeting minutes.
- Coordinate dispute resolutions and litigation with external legal counsel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza).
- Bar Qualification (Abilitazione allo svolgimento della professione forense).
- Excellent command of the English language (C1 level minimum).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Second-level Master's degree in legal disciplines and prior experience in international law firms or structured corporate environments.
