Title: Legal Counsel at BeOne Medicines Category: Jobs Organiser: BeOne Medicines Description: BeOne Medicines is seeking a self-motivated Legal Counsel to support the increasing legal and contractual demands of its growing biotechnology operations. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing a high volume of diverse agreements, including master service agreements, clinical trial agreements, and consulting contracts. The successful candidate will act as a primary legal advisor to various internal departments, including Research and Development, procurement, and finance. Beyond contract management, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for evaluating contractual risks, ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations, and conducting legal research to support business decision-making. The position requires a professional capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion. Eligibility: * Must hold a U.S. law degree (J.D.). * Current "good standing" admission to at least one U.S. state bar. * 3+ years of prior in-house experience within a legal, clinical operations, or procurement department of a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is strongly preferred. * Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving. * Ability to work effectively across global time zones and meet strict deadlines.
