Title: Legal Counsel at LAW Absolute Category: Jobs Organiser: LAW Absolute Description: LAW Absolute is seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join the London-based real estate investment and development arm of a sovereign wealth fund. This business-facing role offers extensive exposure to senior stakeholders and a diverse portfolio of UK and international real estate assets. Working directly with the General Counsel, the successful candidate will provide legal support across a broad spectrum of matters, ranging from asset management to corporate governance. The role involves advising on real estate documentation, including retail and office leases, as well as managing commercial contracts, service agreements, and event licenses. The Counsel will also support the Corporate Services team on employment law issues, manage intellectual property and brand protection, and update company policies in line with UK regulatory developments. As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to participate in significant acquisition and divestment projects. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer with approximately 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). * Ideally trained in real estate law; however, candidates with strong experience in commercial contracts, employment law, or IP/data protection and a genuine interest in real estate are encouraged to apply. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal reporting skills for communication with the Board and senior management. * Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and language skills in Polish, French, or Turkish are considered advantageous but not essential.
