Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in construction law (both contentious and non-contentious experience is beneficial). Candidates should possess strong knowledge of NEC contracts, JCT, and PPC forms, and have a working understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022. Exceptional organisational and relationship-building skills are essential.
