The role is designed for a commercially minded lawyer to become deeply embedded in the business, working alongside senior stakeholders and leadership to influence strategic decision-making and transformation projects. The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate/M&A, and disputes.
